Trust, Security & Privacy
How we protect your shipment data, your account, and the privacy of senders and recipients.
Encryption in transit and at rest
All traffic between your browser and Fast Go Courier is served over HTTPS/TLS. Shipment records are stored in an encrypted managed database with disk-level encryption.
Least-privilege data access
Row-level security policies restrict shipment data to authorized administrators only. Public tracking returns a minimal, non-PII subset (status, route cities, ETA, current location, history).
What we don't expose publicly
Sender and receiver names, emails, phone numbers, and street addresses are never returned through the public tracking endpoint, even if the tracking number is known.
Administrative access
The admin dashboard requires an authenticated administrator account. Public sign-ups are disabled and role grants are managed manually.
Email & notifications
Transactional emails (status updates, receipts) are sent from our verified sending domain. You can request unsubscription via the link in any notification email.
Data retention & requests
Shipment records are retained for operational and legal reasons. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, email privacy@fastgocourier.com.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in our website or services, please email security@fastgocourier.com with reproduction details. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days.
This page describes the practices Fast Go Courier maintains for its own systems. It is not a third-party certification or audit attestation.
